Jennifer Diamond, MAOM, PMP, has over eighteen years of operational and professional services experience emphasizing financial management, technology implementation and operational improvement. Ms. Diamond is President of Management Agility, Inc., a professional services firm currently emphasizing support for IT organizations navigating Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.

Prior to co-founding the now Management Agility consulting network in 2000, Ms. Diamond worked with both Ernst & Young LLP and Deloitte & Touche LLP in Silicon Valley and Southern California, most recently as a senior manager with Deloitte emphasizing CFO optimization services. Prior to consulting, Ms. Diamond worked for Applied Materials, Inc. in finance and systems implementation roles for the global semiconductor equipment maker during its highest growth years.

Ms. Diamond holds a BA in Business/Economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara and a MA in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix and has also been certified as a Project Management Professional by the Project Management Institute.

Richard Diamond is a veteran of over 35 years in the information systems field including more than 20 years as chief information officer of global companies including Applied Materials, AST Computers, Madge Networks and Verbatim.

He is a frequent speaker on the subject of information system strategy and governance at business graduate schools including San Francisco State University, University of Southern California and University of California, at Irvine.

In addition to management consulting, he is a recognized consultant in litigation involving major IT projects.

Mr. Diamond holds a B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering from New York University, a Masters in Business Administration from The University of Louisville and is a graduate of the 1986 Stanford Executive Program.

Tim Elkinton has over 17 years leadership experience with a Master of Science in Cost Analysis as applied to Program Management. Strong people skills combined with results-oriented personality have contributed to a solid track record of successfully establishing and implementing project and financial management processes and systems in numerous industries. Mr. Elkinton has a military background and extensive consulting experience, including management roles at both KPMG and Deloitte & Touche.

Mr. Elkinton started his Air Force career as an operational process auditor. He assessed challenges, identified solutions, obtained buy-in, and instructed/trained key personnel through implementation. He served as the sole liaison between Audit Agency management and the operational area. Mr. Elkinton then received a Master of Science degree with an emphasis in Cost Analysis and Program Management. He put his degree into practice as an Air Force Financial and Project Manager. His process assessment and improvement skills combined with his Program and Financial Management experience established the foundation for all of his consulting work.

Mr. Elkinton has consulted with numerous federal, state and local government agencies, as well as privately held companies varying in operations including intranet startups, insurance, publishing and consumer products. Most recently, Mr. Elkinton has been providing consulting services involving strategic planning, process improvement and project management, with a strong emphasis on information technology development and implementation.
