Jennifer Diamond, MAOM, PMP, has over eighteen years of operational and professional services experience emphasizing financial management, technology implementation and operational improvement. Ms. Diamond is President of Management Agility, Inc., a professional services firm currently emphasizing support for IT organizations navigating Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. Prior to co-founding the now Management Agility consulting network in 2000, Ms. Diamond worked with both Ernst & Young LLP and Deloitte & Touche LLP in Silicon Valley and Southern California, most recently as a senior manager with Deloitte emphasizing CFO optimization services. Prior to consulting, Ms. Diamond worked for Applied Materials, Inc. in finance and systems implementation roles for the global semiconductor equipment maker during its highest growth years. Ms. Diamond holds a BA in Business/Economics from the University
of California at Santa Barbara and a MA in Organizational Management
from the University of Phoenix and has also been certified as a Project
Management Professional by the Project Management Institute. Richard Diamond is a veteran of over 35 years in the information systems field including more than 20 years as chief information officer of global companies including Applied Materials, AST Computers, Madge Networks and Verbatim. He is a frequent speaker on the subject of information system strategy and governance at business graduate schools including San Francisco State University, University of Southern California and University of California, at Irvine. In addition to management consulting, he is a recognized consultant in litigation involving major IT projects. Mr. Diamond holds a B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering from New York University, a Masters in Business Administration from The University of Louisville and is a graduate of the 1986 Stanford Executive Program.
Mr. Elkinton has consulted with numerous federal, state and local
government agencies, as well as privately held companies varying
in operations including intranet startups, insurance, publishing
and consumer products. Most recently, Mr. Elkinton has been providing
consulting services involving strategic planning, process improvement
and project management, with a strong emphasis on information technology
